How we keep your things
Plain rules for ownership, for changes and for privacy, written so you can check them rather than take our word.
Ownership
What you bring stays yours
Your files, records and catalogues belong to you or to your organisation.
We keep them so you can use them, and for nothing else.
What is public is only what you choose to publish.
Changes
You see the plan before it runs
Every change to how your work is described or filed is a plan: a list of what will run, in what order, and how long it should take.
A plain preview
The plan reads as a sentence: what will be added, changed or removed, and the time it should take.
Planned
A dry run first
Looking at a plan writes nothing. It shows what would change.
Planned
Apply on purpose
The work starts only when you press Apply. It is recorded, and a plan that fails the same way twice stops and says why.
Planned
Reversal
Nothing is destroyed by accident
Removing is marking.
Removed means kept
A removed field or item stays, marked removed, with a restore point named after the plan that removed it.
Planned
Versions
A published record keeps every version, so you can see what changed and when.

Signing in
One sign-in for everything
Sign-in is single sign-on, so there is one place to manage your password and your second step.
Google, Microsoft or email
Choose how you sign in. A passkey or a code from your authenticator adds a second step.
Planned
Your account page
Change your password, your second step and your devices in one place.
