Terms and conditions

The terms for using this website and, if you have a sign-in, the members' area.

Effective 6 October 2026
Chromatix Studios is operated by Sauce Technologies LLC, 803 Liberty Bell Ln.

About these terms

Chromatix Studios is operated by Sauce Technologies LLC of 803 Liberty Bell Ln ("we"). These terms apply when you use this website or sign in to the members' area.

By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Plans

The plans page lists the plans we intend to offer and their prices. Paid plans are not open yet, and nothing can be bought on this website.

Signing in

The members' area is private, and each sign-in is for one person.

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done with your sign-in until you tell us.

Your work stays yours

Work that you add in the members' area remains the property of whoever owned it before. We claim no ownership of it.

To run the members' area we need permission to store that work, copy it for safekeeping, make smaller versions of it for viewing, read its details and show it to the people who are signed in there. You give us that permission for as long as the work is in the members' area, and for no other purpose.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to add each item, including from the people who appear in it.

Our work and this website

The design, text and images of this website are ours or are used with permission. You may read and share links to them; please ask before reusing them.

Using the site and the members' area properly

Everyone who uses the site or the members' area agrees to the acceptable use rules, which are part of these terms. In short: use them for the purpose they were given to you, lawfully, and without harming anyone else's use of them.

Availability

We work to keep the site and the members' area available. We do not promise that either will always be available or free of faults.

The members' area is not your only copy of the work you add to it: keep your own.

Ending access

You can ask us at any time to close your account, at [email protected]. We may suspend or remove a sign-in that breaks these terms or the acceptable use rules, or that puts the service or other members at risk; where we can, we say why first.

Our responsibility to you

We will carry out what we have agreed with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms removes a right the law says cannot be removed, or limits responsibility the law says cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we change the effective date at the top, and we tell account holders before a change that affects them takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
